The advantage of the cooler bag is that it is easier than the cooler box to carry and handle and that it takes up very little space when not in use. The disadvantage apart from the fact that they do not have an active cooler is that a cooling bag has a poorer insulating ability than a cooling box and thus keeps the goods cold for a shorter time than the cooling box. May vary depending on conditions.
